PT TURBO FAQ

All PT Turbo products come with a 12-month, unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. This warranty covers any failure that results from normal use under proper installation and maintenance.

It does not cover damage from improper installation, contamination, racing use, or tampering with calibrated components.

If a failure occurs during the warranty period, contact us with your order number. If confirmed, we'll repair or replace the item at no cost. Labor and incidental costs are not covered.

Yes. If your purchase includes a rebuilt or remanufactured turbocharger, a core return is required. Core instructions are included with your order.

Please return the core within 30 days of delivery. Returned cores must be the same model and free of cracks, corrosion, or excessive damage. If unsure, send us photos before shipping.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For urgent orders, expedited options are available. Contact us before placing the order if you need same-day shipping.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we'll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Yes. Proper break-in ensures oil reaches the bearings and prevents premature wear:

• Crank the engine without fuel/ignition for 10–15 seconds to build oil pressure
• Let the engine idle for 2–3 minutes after first startup
• Avoid full boost or aggressive driving for the first 100–150 miles

• Use high-quality synthetic oil and change it regularly
• Let the engine idle for 30–60 seconds before shutdown
• Clean your air filter often
• Avoid running lean or over-boosting on tuned setups
