We know when you order a part for your car, you need it fast! Our products are typically on their way within 1-2 business days!
If a customer wishes to return an item, they should do so within 30 days of receiving it.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and should include all the items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or if it gets damaged during the return shipping process because it wasn't packaged correctly, PT Turbo might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
